Who This Is For

You’ve done things to help,  but it still doesn’t feel settled.

This clinic is designed for people whose symptoms have lasted for months or years — pain that returns, sleep and mood changes around menopause, or menstrual patterns that never feel fully steady.

The goal is not to promise a quick fix. The goal is to understand why the problem keeps returning, identify where the body is stuck, and support a calmer, more stable recovery process.

Chronic neck, shoulder, back, hip, knee, or joint pain

Menopause symptoms, poor sleep, hot flashes, or mood changes

Irregular periods, cramps, PMS, or long-term cycle imbalance

A desire for fewer flare-ups, not only short-term relief

How treatment works

A staged treatment model, not random visits.

For recurring problems, a single visit may help temporarily. But if the goal is fewer flare-ups and better stability, care needs to be organized in stages.

Each stage has a different purpose: first calm the system, then rebuild regulation, then help the improved state last.

Stage 1

Stablize

Reduce the sense of chaos, calm repeated flare-ups, and help the body begin to respond.

Stage 2

Rebuild

Support regulation so flare-ups become less frequent and recovery becomes faster.

Stage 3

Consolidate

Help the improved state last longer, so the same problem is less likely to keep returning.

Main focus

Focused care for recurring pain and women’s health concerns

Treatment may include acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion, gua sha, lifestyle guidance, and herbal medicine when appropriate. Care is selected based on assessment, not by piling on every method.

Chronic pain

Neck and shoulder pain, low back pain, hip and knee pain, joint discomfort, recurring muscle tension, and pain that comes back after temporary relief.

Women’s Health & Beauty

Irregular cycles, menstrual cramps, PMS, menopause discomfort, hot flashes, sleep disruption, and mood changes related to hormonal transitions, facial rejuvenation.

Our Treatment Philosophy

You are not paying for separate techniques. You are paying for focused care.

We do not charge by modality. You will not be asked to choose between acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, or other therapies based on cost.

That clinical decision is our responsibility, not yours. Each session is designed as a complete treatment, using the combination of methods that best fits your condition and treatment goals.

No add-ons. No upselling. Just focused, personalized care aimed at steady, meaningful improvement.

First Visit

Start with assessment, not pressure.

The first visit is used to understand your main concern, screen for safety concerns, review your pattern, and see how your body responds to treatment.

You do not need to decide everything before the first appointment. The next step should be based on your goals, your condition, and your body’s response.

1. Intake & discussion

Clarify what bothers you most and what has been repeating.

2. TCM assessment

Look at symptoms, sleep, digestion, cycle, energy, pulse, and tongue when appropriate.

3. Treatment & next-step plan

Begin care and decide whether single visits or staged care fits your goal.

Fees

Clear options, based on your goal.

Some patients prefer single visits first. Others need a more structured plan for long-term recurring issues. You do not need to decide everything before the first assessment.

About Me

A system-based TCM approach with realistic clinical judgment.

I am a B.C. Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner and Acupuncturist serving Surrey & Langley community, with clinical experience in both private clinics and hospital-based settings in China. I have trained with and studied under experienced TCM doctors in China and Taiwan, which has shaped a more precise and clinically grounded approach to treatment.

My work is built on a system-based TCM model with realistic clinical judgment. I focus on chronic pain, women’s health, and persistent conditions that tend to recur or do not respond well to conventional care.

My approach is structured and practical: safety screening first, followed by clear TCM differentiation, then a staged treatment plan with defined expectations. Rather than chasing symptoms, I aim to identify the underlying pattern and guide the body step by step toward stability.

This approach comes from personal experience. Earlier in life, I struggled with fatigue, low mood, and chronic pain that limited my ability to function normally. That period forced me to look deeper into how the body actually works. What became clear is that most chronic problems are not random—they follow patterns. If those patterns are identified correctly, they can be changed.

Traditional Chinese Medicine provided a system to do exactly that.

Today, my role is to bring clarity to complex cases—organizing symptoms, identifying root imbalances, and applying targeted treatment to reduce recurrence and restore function.

Because effective care is not about doing more.

It is about doing the right thing, in the right order, for the right reason.
